Consistency is the key to success. In everything you do. Regardless of your goal or dream, you absolutely cannot get there without consistency. There are many key factors in reaching your goals, but the main one is consistency.
Consistency is not as easy to maintain as it may seem. It requires keeping your goal in constant focus without distractions. For most, this is the hardest part and usually the one that will force people to give up. And usually right when it is about to reach fruition.
Consistency is the constant watering of your goal garden. Without it, you absolutely cannot get your garden to grow. Think about that analogy. What does it take to get delicious, healthy, home grown vegetables? You buy the seeds, throw them in the ground, and water them(this is the short version of gardening). Then you know that you have to water them everyday in order to get that sprout to break through the soil. Right? It's the exact same thing with your goals and dreams. Consistent watering of your goal seed. And because some seeds take a lot of consistency, it's very easy to say "this is not working" and put the water can down and give up. Unfortunately, it's usually when that seed is just about to break through the soil. And back down it goes. Waiting to be watered again someday. Your dream has to be given great attention, care and focus.
It all seems so frustrating and taxing,I know. But, what is the alternative? Stay doing the same thing you've always done so you can get what you've always gotten? No, I didn't think so. Pick a goal, focus on it, don't give up and give it great consistency, and watch how you life will change.

Tush Push
Some of the worlds foremost millionaires are the biggest philanthropists -
Its true you know. That is because true millionaires know the key to being wealthy is to give. And they receive it back in multiples. They know the key. That money is just energy like everything else and by letting go of your attachment to it, brings more. It tells the universe."Ive got plenty" "there is plenty more where this came from". Its like that old saying "If you let it go and it comes back its yours, if it doesn't, it never was." I never understood that. Well, I understood it, but I didn't get the concept. Its all about attachment and the signals you send out to the universe. What makes money so special? It holds such power because of what it represents, but its nothing more that a piece of paper. Energy. Matter. Just like everything else in this made up world. Including ourselves. It is just as easy to attract 100 dollars as it is a piece of gum. It all comes back to your intention. But successful people give to others from a place of true bliss and love. They do it with the sole purpose of the joy they get out of seeing someone else accomplish their goals. Not because they have their own success in mind at the end. They do not give out of greed. That is a paradox that will keep or lead you in the poor house. And that kind of love, that kind of oneness sends such a strong signal to the universe, the law of attraction sends it right back down to them in ways they never imagined. It's what I like to call the Tush Push. We all need a little push up from behind there at some point. This feeling also gets derived from knowing there is plenty for everyone. The ego is what keeps us in competition. Thinking it has to hoard what it can to survive. If you truly know everything is energy and you can create whatever you want whenever you want, what would ever make you think there is any lack, anywhere? Letting go of not only the attachment to money, but to the belief there is not enough, is so freeing to the soul that miracles can occur. It releases the blockages that are preventing you from receiving the life of your dreams because you're too busy worrying about how to keep everything to yourself. Your ideas, your work, your money. And these are the people that yes, they may have millions of dollars at some point, but they lose it all in the end. And even if you spent this lifetime giving and giving and somehow, you chose, before you got here, to leave this life early, without accomplishing your dream life, wouldn't have that been worth it? Seeing people you know and love. or don't know, accomplish their dreams? It all comes back to the entire basis and foundation of the entire world...love. Once you have love and you follow your purpose and help others follow theirs, the money wont even matter to you at all. It will inevitably come then. Now there's the ultimate paradox. You will receive what you want the most when you no longer care if you have it or not.
So bring more into your life by giving others a Tush Push. Remember helping them will help you have the life of your dreams.

The Universe ALWAYS Unfolds In Perfection...
Perfection...? What a hard concept to grasp. what if...there were no mistakes? Just lessons. Hmmmm...perfect lessons conducted by the universe to get us higher and higher in consciousness. Can you see how letting go of the notion that there ARE mistakes could be completely freeing for you? It would allow you to step back out of the chaos and be an observer of the situation at hand. Ask yourself, what is the good in this? There is always good in every situation. somewhere, somehow..( Or..what we would call good. There actually is no such thing as bad OR good, but that's a whole different blog). We would be able to analyze why it is happening and allow it to happen, to unfold, and face it instead of running from it or fighting it. And remember that what you think about, you bring about. So, imagine what thinking about how bad the situation is, over and over, creates for you. What are you calling into existence? More situations to complain about. This is where the popular phrase "when it rains, it pours" comes from. Negative thinking creates more negative thinking. BUT..what if when it rained it just sprinkled a little? And then the skies became clear and sunny, and a rainbow appeared? Well, that is only a thought away...YOU can create that by thinking about the good, the positive in the situation. Allowing it to happen and pass through you. You may not understand at the time why it is happening, but if you can allow it to come and be neutral about it, the reason, the good, will appear. Maybe not right at that moment, but it will come to you. But you will never get to the reason if you fight the experience. The universe says "Ok..they did not get the lesson I was so lovingly giving to them this time, so I will present it again to them, in a different way, at a different time, until they do". You, yes YOU can create the kind of weather you will have in your day, everyday, simply by thought. It may sound crazy, hey it may even sound impossible, but what do you have to lose in trying it this way? How is what you are currently doing working for you? You wouldn't be here reading this to the end if it was going so great...You can do it. I believe in you!!

Looking for love in all the wrong places..(Like in Others)
" You complete me". Ahh..the famous line form the movie Jerry Maquire. But that is Hollywood and this is life.Truth is no one can complete you but YOU. It's such a hard concept to grasp because we are conditioned in the society that we live in to believe that someone else has to complete you in order for you to be happy. When you are married we say they are our other half or better half. But, I don't have to tell you the divorce rate in this country is astronomical. If you are not complete BEFORE you meet someone, what are you bringing to the relationship? Half of a person? Yes. That is exactly accurate. You are half , hoping to find the other half of what you are missing in the other person. That's a lot of unfair pressure on the other person, don't you think? If you depend on someone else to make you happy, they will let you down, every time. Because the only person who can make you happy is YOU. Let's just say that you were complete and you met another person that was complete. How wonderful would that relationship be? You are not requiring anything from that person. You don't NEED that person for anything. You can just be your complete fabulous selves and enjoy each other. And if it didn't work out, you wouldn't feel depleted because they wouldn't be taking anything away from you...(remember you were whole when you met) so you could truly just be thankful for the experience and move on. No distraught. It's like the analogy of two fish swimming in the ocean together. You both are complete with all the water you will ever need. You don't seek that person out because you need water. You can be in each others presence and just enjoy the wholeness of all the water and share swimming in it together. When that person leaves, you both leave with the same amount of water you had to begin with. It doesn't drain you.You remain happy even when they are gone because you were happy to begin with. Can you imagine living life this way? Swim in love, all the time. And whoever comes swimming by, enjoy them while they are there, just like you would enjoy anything else in life that takes its time to float by and bless you. Experiences, people, whatever. But remember happiness starts from the inside and can never be found outside of yourself. And also remember I love you!

Wanting To Be Heard VS. Defending Your Point of View
Namaste!
It's been a while since I've posted. It's good to be back. This was a question that was asked of me and I would like to take the time to answer it here as I think it is an important one.The first question I think you need to ask yourself is the reason you feel the NEED to be heard in the first place. Usually, when someone feels the need to be heard, it's seeking self validation. But, who is the validator? The other person is. And the only person who's opinion should matter is yours. Yes, you are free to listen to others' point of view, but listen without the attachment of hoping they will reciprocate when you voice yours. You are choosing to listen to their POV. You don't have to. They choose to hear yours, great! They don't, great! You know what YOUR truths are and what you feel, think and say. That is all that matters. That is your self validation. That is all that counts. Whether you realize it or not, by expecting to be heard in return, "is"forcing them to hear you.Why care? It makes no difference. Their opinion will always be different than yours. There is no point to prove, EVER. To anyone. You can do the same if you choose. You have free will. Don't "hear" them either. Listen, and then let it go. With no judgments, no opinions, no expectations, no reciprocation. When you find yourself chomping at the bit and now state your reciprocal opinion and be heard, this is the best time to practice silence. Re-center yourself and move to the next moment that you can be still in. What the other person had to say was in the past moment. It is gone. Hope this helps. Remember everything is from love and will return to love. This includes YOU! I love you!

Manifestations Made Easy-Vision Boards!
Ok..your intentions for 2011 are written down...you are already on the path to change right..?Great for you! Another tool that is extremely powerful to keep you on your path and bring your manifestations into hyper drive is a vision board. It's pretty self explanatory. It is something that you strategically place where you would see this at least once a day, preferably multiple times in a day. This should be done on a large board like a bulletin board or poster board. Gather pictures or headlines of whatever you are intending to manifest. This doesn't have to be just for 2011. Maybe one of your intentions is to have your dream home in 2013....put it on there. It can be as big as the poster board or as small as a watch. It could be a picture of where you would like to see your business. It could be a picture of world peace. How about pictures of healthy food or a healthy body? Anything, both tangible and intangible can go on there. Whatever will have you thinking about these goals everyday. You are the artist and your life is the canvas. Remember what you think about you bring about. It is especially powerful to have this vision board placed where you will see it while lying in bed. Gaze at it while drifting off to sleep or close your eyes and meditate on them. Your subconscious mind will process your goals and manifest your dreams while you sleep. Really feel the feelings of having these things as already being yours. What would your life be like if this were already your life? How would that feel? Remember your mind does not know if you really have them or not. It can't differentiate between real and not real. If you believe it, it has to come to be. It is the law of attraction. It will come to you by the way of signs. Signs to give you help in acquiring them by means of work. But if you are doing what you love, it won't ever feel like work. You will be so happy to be doing what you love, you will love all the work it requires. And before you know it...poof! All your dreams are manifested. Your seeds are sprouting. And last but definitely not least, be grateful. These positive vibrations are so powerful in the universe. Being grateful will deliver to you more things to be grateful about. Happy vision boarding!

Resolution vs. Intention
Happy New Year! As a tradition we all often start a resolution list for the new year. How we want to change, the things we promise to start or stop doing. The list we hold ourselves to that promises perfection. The problem is we are already perfect exactly the way we are, and failure to see that and accept it leads to imaginary failure and self defeat and these lists usually only last a month or so. We do so great when we come racing out of the gates on January 1, only to realize we have an image in our heads of someone else we could never be and is not who we really are. Truth is we need to be ready for these changes in order to be successful at them, and the start of a new year is simply not a good enough reason. So, instead of a resolution this year, why not create an INTENTION list? Write down the things you intend to have or want...realistically? The more you write them and think about them the more chance you have at manifesting them.Accept yourself the way you are and work at changing things one at at time. Know that the way you are now is perfect. When you create a resolution list, you are constantly thinking about one thing...failure.Right? You are never thinking about accomplishing your goals...you are thinking about NOT FAILING at your goals. Big difference. You are constantly thinking about failure. So in truth, you are manifesting failure with your intentions, anyway. What you think about, you bring about. Remember the law of attraction? So since you will be manifesting and intending anyway, why not do it the more positive, more productive way?Start be writing down positive affirmations about yourself. Create a list of 5 things you really like about YOU.Accept yourself the way you are with these affirmations and really read them aloud to yourself over and over. Close your eyes and really feel how good these things are about you. Now write one thing you would like to change, but realize it is also a loving part of you as well. Then write a specific way you would like to go about changing this one thing. Create a clear cut plan of what you will do different that will get you one step closer to your goal. Most people continue to do the same things over and over out of habit, so change your routine. Go to a different store, make new friends, join new groups, etc. You will be surprised how easily new routines can be created. Always remember no matter what, everything is always perfect and always unfolds as it should. Whatever is meant to be will always find it's way. I love you! Happy 2011!
